Tasks

• Payroll processing: With the DATEV LODAS program, you will independently process payroll for some of our CORIUS practices and keep the main and movement data in our system continuously up-to-date.
• Reporting and correspondence: You will reliably take care of reporting and the creation of certificates. Additionally, you are responsible for correspondence with health insurance companies, authorities, and social security organizations.
• Contact person for payroll issues: As an expert in payroll matters, you will be available to our HR team and other internal interfaces (e.g., accounting) to answer questions competently.
• Statistics/data banks: Also, the creation of statistics as well as the maintenance of internal data banks and tables belongs to your area of responsibility.
• Personnel administration: As needed/acting on behalf of our HR team, you will support personnel administration topics, such as absence management and the creation of work certificates, certificates, and employment contracts.

Qualification

• You have a commercial education or a study, e.g., in the field of accounting/tax consulting, successfully completed and can demonstrate several years of practical experience in independently processing payroll.
• You have at least three years of practical experience with our Gross Payroll Program DATEV LODAS.
• You are well-versed in payroll tax, social security, and labor law and keep your knowledge up-to-date.
• You communicate souverely with different target groups and on various hierarchical levels.
• A self-responsible, structured, goal-oriented work style is second nature to you.
• If desired, you can also demonstrate practical experience in personnel administration and the creation of corresponding documents (e.g., employment contracts and certificates).
