Aufgabenbereich

In this varied position, you will be part of our Payroll & HR-Admin Team and ensure that all relevant payroll processes are implemented correctly, on time, and in compliance with the law.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, management, employees, and external parties to actively support the development of our payroll and HR administration processes.

The position can be filled at the locations Berlin.

• Preparation of monthly salary and wage statements including timekeeping and certification matters.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations in labor tax and social security law.
• Contact person for employees on questions about remuneration and HR administration.
• Support during internal and external audits (e.g. social insurance, labor tax, annual financial statements).
• Participation in optimizing and digitalizing processes.
• Participation in HR projects and close exchange with adjacent departments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on personnel management, finance, or comparable qualifications.
• Professional experience in remuneration processing and HR administration.
• Knowledge of labor tax and social security law.
• German language skills are secure in writing and speaking.
• Familiarity with common accounting systems (e.g. SAP SF, EC, SAP HCM or comparable).
• Experience with timekeeping systems is advantageous.
• Team spirit, service orientation, and a structured work approach.
• Interest in digital solutions and process improvements.
