Payroll Specialist / Entgeltabrechner (m/w/d)
in part-time for our location in Krauchenwies-Ablach near Sigmaringen.

Aufgaben

• Independent operational implementation of monthly payroll processing, including maintenance of relevant data
• Preliminary preparation of payroll data (master data, absences, allowances, bonuses, benefits)
• Processing and creation of certificates, proofs, notifications, and other documents
• Support in maintaining and caring for the time-tracking system
• General administrative support
• Participation in HR projects

Qualifikation

• Professional experience in payroll processing and relevant topics (social security and tax law)
• Experience in HR administration/personnel management
• Safe handling of MS-Office and good knowledge of HR systems
• Teamwork ability and joy in administrative tasks
