Payroll Specialist- Assistant Manager

As Payroll Specialist- Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of work by leading and managing a team of payroll specialists. You will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to: • Managing a team of payroll specialists to ensure efficient and effective processing of payroll transactions. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with other business functions. • Providing guidance and training to team members on payroll procedures, policies, and best practices. • Analyzing and resolving payroll-related issues in a timely and professional manner. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of payroll transactions and related data. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in payroll management or a related field. • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
