The tasks include the processing of employee data, the calculation and payment of salaries, as well as the preparation of various reports and statements. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Austrian Social Insurance Act (ASIA) and the Austrian Income Tax Act (EStG). In addition to these tasks, you will also support the development of new payroll processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing ones.
