Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a proactive person with a solid knowledge of labor and fiscal regulations related to personnel administration, who loves working in a stimulating and professional environment where they can put their skills to use and continue to grow! The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities:

• Preparation of payroll slips and connected tasks (F24, Uniemens, etc.).
• Annual compliance tasks (CUD, 770, Autoliquidation INAIL).
• Management of hiring, transformation, and termination of employment relationships.
• Counseling clients on personnel administration and labor regulations.
• Preventive and insurance management.
• Interface with external entities (INPS, INAIL, Employment Centers).
• Ongoing updates on labor and pension regulations.

  We are looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Labor Consulting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience of at least 3-5 years as a Payroll Specialist/Addetto Paghe and Contributi at a Labor Consulting Firm.
  • Solid knowledge of labor regulations, pension regulations, and fiscal regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of main CCNLs.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll software (Zucchetti).
  • Excellent organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
