Tasks - You are responsible for monthly payroll processing for a larger group of employees. - You take care of all matters related to social insurance, from registration to settlement. - You maintain personnel records and ensure their correct capture in the systems. - You accompany employees from entry to exit and ensure that all administrative steps match. - You support with year-end work and tax reports. - You answer questions about salary calculations and insurances with expertise and patience. Profile - A completed commercial education and ideally a further education in the field of payroll or social insurance. - You know yourself with the statutory provisions in Switzerland and bring experience in payroll processing. - You like to work digitally, are IT-affine, and keep track even with complex processes. - You are organized, reliable, and bring a high level of service orientation. - Teamwork is self-evident for you, and you communicate clearly and friendly.
