Payroll Senior Specialist This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll process, playing a crucial role in the well-being of our employees and the financial health of the company. Key responsibilities : Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.), in compliance with current legislation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to the Payroll team, ensuring efficient and effective processing of payroll. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Operations teams. Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues, providing timely and accurate solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
