About the Role
Take on full ownership of weekly payroll for approximately 270 employees across multiple awards. The role is on-site and will initially be based in Kilsyth, with an expected transition to Notting Hill.
Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday | Can accommodate someone who wants 4 days. There is potential for the role to transition to permanent.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end weekly payroll processing for ~270 employees
- Payroll tax, superannuation and workers’ compensation
- Managing pay adjustments and payroll reporting
- Onboarding new employees and setting them up in the payroll system
- Responding to payroll queries
- Operating as the sole payroll specialist for the business
- Micropay experience is preferred
- Exposure to BioTime or similar time & attendance systems is an advantage
- Confident working autonomously as a sole operator
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented and reliable
- Happy to be on-site based in Kilsyth, likely move to Notting Hill
- $50–$60+ super, depending on experience
- Part-time hours (3-4 days per week)
- 3–6 month contract with potential for permanency
