We are currently looking for an engaged personality who will support our team at the Troisdorf location as a Payroll Employee (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time from March 1, 2025.

Tasks

• Payroll calculations! Salary & Wages: You are responsible for creating payroll calculations independently, taking into account all relevant tax and social security regulations.
• Communication! You will be the contact person for our employees regarding special questions about payroll calculation as well as for social insurance providers, authorities, and health insurance companies.
• Process optimization! Optimizing the processing of payroll calculations is one of your specialties, and you love bringing in new ideas.
• Variety! In addition, you will be responsible for certification and notification procedures as well as evaluations and statistics, and you will take on other administrative tasks within personnel administration.

Qualification

• Trained! You have successfully completed a training program in the commercial sector with several years of work experience in payroll calculation and related follow-up activities. At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experienced! You possess comprehensive knowledge of tax and social security law as well as common MS Office programs.
• Strong! Ideally, you have already worked with the salary and wages program P&I LOGA.
• Kompetent! Service-oriented and communicative behavior, curiosity, and joy in communication and interaction with different characters of our executives, employees, and clients are among your strengths.
