Job description
VENTES is now seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll processes for our growing organization. This role partners closely with People, Finance, Accounting, and external vendors to deliver an exceptional payroll experience for employees while strengthening internal controls and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role ideal for a payroll leader who thrives at the intersection of precision and strategic thinking, leveraging expertise in payroll processing, compliance, and process improvement to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations from start to finish, including data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
