For a large, people-oriented organization within the healthcare and service sector, we are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Team Lead. From Brussels, you will lead a team of HR professionals and monitor with them a correct and qualitative payroll and personnel administration for approximately 1,000 employees. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, including payroll processing, personnel administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to provide guidance and support to team members, as well as contribute to the development of HR processes and procedures.
