Your tasks - Salary processing: Responsibility for the entire salary processing of the company - Social insurance: Processing all social insurance-related tasks including annual end statements and declarations (UVG, KTG, AHV, source tax etc.) - Sickness and accident benefits: Handling sickness and accident benefits, maternity insurance, and EO accounts - Reports & coordination: Creating monthly reports (e.g. provisions) and close coordination with financial accounting - Master data maintenance: Supporting the maintenance of master data in the Abacus system - Project management: Independent initiation and implementation of projects in the Payroll area - Interface: Function as a central interface to client management The skills you bring - Professional qualification: Commercial education with specialized further training as a Payroll specialist or social insurance expert - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the Payroll area - HR system knowledge: Secure handling of HR systems, preferably Abacus - Project management: Notable experience in implementing demanding Payroll projects - Work style: Used to working in a dynamic environment, solution-oriented and resilient.
