Payroll Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate salary computation, statutory compliance, and timely disbursement. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, good knowledge of payroll software, and an understanding of labour laws.

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime data.

• Calculate salary components including incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and arrears.

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly payroll reports.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and queries.

• Handle employee salary-related queries.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and payroll information.

• Generate payslips, salary statements, and related documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com/Finance/HR or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & payroll software (ERP, HRMS).

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
