Payroll Executive

In HumanBest, we are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in Payroll to join our Human Resources team. This role is vital for the precise and efficient administration of payroll for private security personnel, ensuring that all collaborators receive their compensation on time and correctly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, coordinating with the private security department, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor and fiscal regulations. You will be a reference point for solutions related to payrolls, reliability, and sensitive information management.

• Manage the entire payroll process for private security personnel, ensuring precise calculations and timely payment deadlines.
• Payroll management of over 1000 collaborators
• Management of NOI platform indispensable
• Broad knowledge of LFT, LSS, LISR
• Calculation of ISR
• Collaborate with the private security department to collect necessary data on attendance, worked hours, and personnel changes.
• Perform periodic payroll audits to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
• Attend consultations and resolve discrepancies related to payment and benefits.
• Prepare reports on payroll costs and financial projections related to private security personnel.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the private security sector.
• Solid knowledge of labor and fiscal regulations related to payroll.
• Excel skills and payroll management software.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as a team.
• Organization and ability to meet established deadlines.
