Payroll Employee with English Skills m/w/d

Adecco In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll and salary calculations as well as time management. You will support employees and management in close cooperation with the HR Shared Services team and ensure a smooth execution of all administrative tasks. Tasks - Conducting monthly salary calculations and maintaining personnel data in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM - Processing employee enrollments and terminations at social insurance providers, including calculating salary reductions - Handling employee benefits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations - Providing support to employees and management on payroll-related matters - Maintaining accurate records of all payroll transactions and ensuring timely submission of reports - Collaborating with the HR Shared Services team to resolve any issues or discrepancies - Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and tax laws - Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors - Providing training and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters - Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion - Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives - Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills - Utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems to manage personnel data and payroll transactions
