Tasks:
You will work on-site at clients across various sectors, acting as their trusted HR partner.
You will be responsible for the correct and timely processing of personnel and payroll administration.
You will participate in diverse projects related to payroll and compensation policy, tailored to the client's needs.
Your tasks will vary depending on the specific needs of the client, ensuring variety and challenge.
You will be part of a dynamic team that meets monthly to share knowledge, attend workshops, or participate in training sessions.
You are the first point of contact for the client's employees and management: you proactively inform them about changes in procedures, answer payroll questions, provide advice, and deliver social documents.
You will work closely with the case manager of the social secretariat to ensure smooth service delivery.
You will manage operational HR processes such as time credit, parental leave, thematic leave, and educational leave.
You will continuously deepen your knowledge of social legislation, payroll, fiscal updates, and salary policy to keep your expertise current.
You will contribute to optimizations, draft work instructions, and thereby contribute to a more efficient operation at the client's site.Profile- Absolute requirement: You have at least 2 years of experience in payroll from A-Z.
- Driver's license B because you will travel to clients with the company car (you are flexible regarding region)
