Payroll Assistant Stage

Laboring Spa Laboring S.p.A. selects a STAGISTA ADDETTO/A PAGHE AND CONTRIBUTIONS For the enhancement of its internal staff, we are looking for a resource to be inserted in a training stage format within the personnel administration area. Expected activities: - Support in processing payroll (salaries, tax withholdings and social security contributions, allowances); - Assistance in administrative management of hires and terminations; - Collaboration in calculating and verifying monthly attendance; - Support in preparing mandatory communications; - Updating and archiving employee documentation; - Assistance with periodic and annual compliance tasks (UniEmens flows, F24, CU, and 770). Ideal requirements: - Diploma or degree in economic, legal, or related fields; - Interest in the payroll, contributions, and personnel administration area; - Good knowledge of the Office package and willingness to use management software (knowledge of Zucchetti is a preferred title); - Precision, organizational skills, and willingness to work as part of a team.
