Payroll Analyst (all genders)

As a Payroll Analyst (all genders), you will be part of this journey, working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations. Your responsibilities will include: • Processing payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee compensation, benefits, and other related information. • Providing exceptional customer service to employees, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure seamless integration with financial systems and processes. • Staying current with changing regulations, laws, and industry developments that impact payroll processing and benefits administration. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Operations teams. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. • Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, accounting, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with payroll processing systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paychex). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
