Payroll Administrator

Job description

How will you support the team?

  • Validate payroll cycles and new hires in the payroll system.
  • Making corrections, verifying hours, and ensuring data accuracy in all reports and systems.
  • Verify eligibility for paid time off and ensure updates in systems.
  • Review and process payroll-related documents (changes, direct deposits, provisional adjustments).
  • Import and verify salary data (hours, rewards, etc.).
  • Perform checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze and process departure notices, and calculate departure entitlements according to law.
  • Prioritize and issue employment reports.
  • Produce reports as needed.
  • Support year-end activities for payroll.
  • Merge invoices for group insurance.
  • Prioritize and send periodic reports.

Addition responsibilities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes.
  • Provide employees with information on payroll and social benefits programs.
  • SUPPORT various requests related to group insurance.
