Payroll Administrator
Job description
How will you support the team?
- Validate payroll cycles and new hires in the payroll system.
- Making corrections, verifying hours, and ensuring data accuracy in all reports and systems.
- Verify eligibility for paid time off and ensure updates in systems.
- Review and process payroll-related documents (changes, direct deposits, provisional adjustments).
- Import and verify salary data (hours, rewards, etc.).
- Perform checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze and process departure notices, and calculate departure entitlements according to law.
- Prioritize and issue employment reports.
- Produce reports as needed.
- Support year-end activities for payroll.
- Merge invoices for group insurance.
- Prioritize and send periodic reports.
Addition responsibilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes.
- Provide employees with information on payroll and social benefits programs.
- SUPPORT various requests related to group insurance.
