The unique Maiensässhotel Guarda Val is complementing its cheerful and open-minded team. For our well-known 4* hotel with 50 cozy rooms, the Gourmet Restaurant Guarda Val (16 points Gault Millau) and the rustic Bündner Restaurant Crap Naros, we are looking for you as a team member. Our Guarda Val is the unique Maiensässhotel that spreads over eleven to 300-year-old huts and stables. In the hamlet Sporz, directly above the Lenzerheide at 1600 meters above sea level, it connects us with nature and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. As a patissier, you will be responsible for creating delicious pastries and cakes for our guests in our hotel's bakery. You will work closely with our chefs to develop new recipes and menus. Your tasks will include preparing and baking bread, croissants, and other baked goods, as well as decorating cakes and pastries for special occasions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations, and ensuring that all products are presented in an appealing manner.
