• Preparation of the entire station mise en place
• Preparation of daily desserts, cakes, and other offerings
• Organization of the daily workflow at the assigned station
• Proper storage of food items
• Order and cleanliness in the pantry and cold storage
• Correct processing of goods according to the specifications of the Head Pastry Chef
• Cleaning work in compliance with the HACCP hygiene concept
• Preparation of the entire station mise en place
• Acceptance and control of goods deliveries
• Assistance with setup and takedown, as well as supervision of buffets
• Assistance in the preparation of employee meals
• Participation in the daily kitchen meeting
• Ensuring information flow

You have

• a completed vocational training as a pastry chef-confectioner EFZ with in-depth specialist knowledge
• experience in high-end confectionery
• a careful and structured way of working with high personal quality standards
• solid technical competence and creative craftsmanship
• a pronounced service orientation and a sense for special culinary experiences
