Job description

As a member of our Patient Watch team, you will be responsible for monitoring patients who require additional observation to ensure their safety and well-being. This role is crucial in preventing falls, self-harm, or any other incidents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and observe patients on a continuous basis, ensuring their safety and comfort. Respond to patient calls and alarms in a timely and effective manner. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient observations and incidents. Participate in regular debriefings with the Patient Watch team to discuss observations, incidents, and strategies for improvement. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. This is a full-time position, with a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
