As a member of our Patient Watch team, you will be responsible for monitoring patients who require additional observation to ensure their safety and well-being. This role is crucial in preventing falls, self-harm, or any other incidents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and observe patients on a continuous basis, ensuring their safety and comfort. Respond to patient calls and alarms, and provide assistance as needed. Collaborate with other Patient Watch team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient observations and incidents. Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest patient care techniques and protocols. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions is essential for this role.
