Job description
As a member of our Patient Watch team, you will be responsible for monitoring patients who require additional observation to ensure their safety and well-being. This role is crucial in preventing falls, self-harm, or any other incidents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and observe patients on a continuous basis, ensuring their safety and comfort. Respond promptly to any alarms or alerts, and take appropriate action to address any concerns. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient observations and incidents. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions is essential for this role.
