As a member of our Patient Watch team, you will be responsible for monitoring patients who require additional observation to ensure their safety and well-being. This role is crucial in preventing falls, self-harm, or any other incidents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and observe patients on a continuous basis, ensuring their safety and comfort. Respond to patient calls and alarms, and provide assistance as needed. Maintain accurate records of patient observations and incidents. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care and safety. Participate in training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Report any incidents or concerns to the Patient Watch team leader. The Patient Watch Security Guard will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
