As a member of our Patient Watch team, you will be responsible for monitoring patients who require additional observation to ensure their safety and well-being. This role is crucial in preventing falls, self-harm, or any other incidents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and observe patients on a continuous basis, ensuring their safety and comfort. Respond to patient requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care and safety. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient observations and incidents. Participate in regular training and education to stay up-to-date on patient care and safety protocols.
