Job description
Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster; involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
- Minimum GCE 'N' level
- No experience needed, training provided
- Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory
Salary: $2500 (Fixed salary).
