Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred. * Proven experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient assessment or related clinical documentation. * Strong understanding of patient assessment standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to educate and train others. * Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.
