Your tasks are:

Patent submissions until the relevant patent protection rights are granted
Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of appeals
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Independent correspondence with clients, authorities, and colleagues
Recording and management of relevant deadlines and deadlines

Requirements

Successful completion of training as a patent attorney assistant (m/w/d) or foreign language correspondent (m/w/d) or legal assistant (m/w/d) with relevant professional experience in the patent or trademark sector
Experience values with patent databases and document management systems are advantageous
Interest in independent, structured, and responsible work
Very good German language skills and ideally good English language skills
