Your tasks are:
- Patent submissions until the relevant patent protection rights are granted
- Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of appeals
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Independent correspondence with clients, authorities, and colleagues
- Recording and management of relevant deadlines and deadlines
Requirements
- Successful completion of training as a patent attorney assistant (m/w/d) or foreign language correspondent (m/w/d) or legal assistant (m/w/d) with relevant professional experience in the patent or trademark sector
- Experience values with patent databases and document management systems are advantageous
- Interest in independent, structured, and responsible work
- Very good German language skills and ideally good English language skills
