Job description
We are looking for a Patent Attorney Assistant/Patent Secretary (m/w/d) for a renowned patent law firm in Munich. The firm advises on multiple occasions in patent-, trademark-, design- and competition law cases.
Your Tasks:
All activities related to industrial property rights
Processing incoming mail
Filing and monitoring deadlines for documents
Monitoring correspondence with authorities
Independent correspondence in German and English
Requirements
Completed training or relevant professional experience
Very good knowledge of German and English
Proficient use of MS Office, office organization skills
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Team-oriented personality
