The Role To provide assistance to a friendly and down to earth Partner who works with clients cross a range of Patent matters both locally and internationally. The role will allow you to be actively involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Assisting with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications; Conducting patent searches and providing advice on patentability; Providing support to clients in relation to patent infringement and validity matters; Assisting with the preparation of patent infringement and validity opinions; Providing general administrative support to the Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patent law and practice, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
