This program will provide a comprehensive understanding of cooking techniques, ingredient identification, and menu planning. As part of this partnership, we are seeking a Pastry Cook II- PM who will be responsible for preparing and presenting pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in pastry preparation, presentation, and plating, as well as knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
