As a Pastoral Lead at Park School, you will be part of a dedicated team that supports students’ emotional and social development. Your role will involve: • Providing pastoral care and guidance to students, including mentoring, coaching and supporting their wellbeing • Developing and implementing strategies to promote positive relationships between students, staff and parents • Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive learning environment • Supporting the school’s behaviour policy and ensuring consistent application of sanctions and rewards • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to whole-school initiatives • Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement policies and procedures • Providing cover for colleagues during absences or breaks • Any other duties as required by the school.
