Etjca Group S.p.A Filiale di Faenza selects a PASTICCERE/A for a solid customer of the Organized Large Distribution. The resource will be responsible for: - selecting and dosing ingredients according to specific recipes; - preparing bases, assembling, and decorating; - modeling doughs and creams to produce baked goods. Requirements: - Hotel School Diploma; - HACCP certification in progress with valid date; - Experience in the role. Working hours: full-time on shifts Location of work: Faenza (RA) Insertion with a supply contract - CCNL Commerce, level to be agreed upon based on experience.
