About CSN Brimell Collision In 1970, CSN Brimell started out as a 1000 sq ft. Collision Repair Centre located in Scarborough, ON. Today, CSN Brimell is an 18,000 sq ft. state of art facility and has been recognized in the collision industry for its forward thinking and production processes. CSN Brimell has several Original Manufacturer certifications and is a “preferred” collision repair shop for most major insurance companies. Summary The Parts and Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production department. This includes coordinating the flow of parts, managing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the flow of parts and materials to ensure timely delivery to production lines. • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize storage space. • Maintain accurate records of parts and materials, including tracking and reporting. • Collaborate with production team members to identify and resolve production issues. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business results. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, logistics, supply chain management). • 2+ years of experience in a production or logistics environment. • Strong understanding of production processes and materials management. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. • Certification in a related field (e.g. automotive, manufacturing) is an asset.
