Parts Manager - Automotive Industry

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to join their team in the automotive industry in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our parts department, including inventory management, customer service, and sales. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability Ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels Conduct regular stock takes and audits to identify discrepancies and minimize losses Manage and train parts department staff, providing guidance and support Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions and inventory levels Monitor and analyze parts sales data to identify trends and opportunities Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms of supply Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies Qualifications: Proven experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems Excellent leadership and management skills Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and identify trends Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in computer skills, including parts management software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and a clean driving record If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.
