The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our client's dynamic team in a full-time role based in Wodonga, VIC. You'll be selling truck parts to both internal and external customers-over the phone, or via the front and back counter. As the face of the spare parts business, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers in person, over the phone, and via internal departments
• Accurately process orders and prepare detailed parts quotations
• Promote and upsell parts and accessories
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and product knowledge
• Assist in warehouse operations when needed
• Participate in Saturday morning shifts on a rotating roster

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, preferably in commercial trucks or dealerships
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential
• Motivated to grow and contribute across all areas of the parts department
