In 1973 CSN Glen-Merritt opened as a family-run business offering customers top quality collision repairs and friendly hometown service. Using state of the art equipment, our trained technicians will repair your vehicle properly so that you can get back on the road safely. The role of a Parts coordinator is to efficiently process and manage parts for the collision facility. Parts are a main artery of a collision facility, which is an integral part of the operation and performance. The parts coordinator will be responsible for: • Managing inventory levels and ordering new parts as needed • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts • Maintaining accurate records of all parts transactions • Assisting in the development of procedures and policies related to parts management • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience. The ideal candidate will have: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Familiarity with computerized inventory management systems and software • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
