Parts Coordinator

The role of a Parts coordinator is to efficiently process and manage parts for the collision facility. Parts are a main artery of a collision facility, which is an integral part of the operation and performance. The parts coordinator will be responsible for: • Managing inventory levels and ordering new parts as needed • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts • Maintaining accurate records of all parts transactions • Assisting in the development of procedures and policies related to parts management • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience. The ideal candidate will have: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Familiarity with computerized inventory management systems and software • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
