Parts Area Manager

The SDF Group, a global leader in the agricultural machinery sector, is looking for a Parts Area Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing spare parts sales for their area of expertise.

The main responsibilities include:

• managing and developing sales of spare parts and components for dealers and customers in the assigned territory;
• setting sales objectives and formulating strategies to achieve them;
• building strong relationships with dealers and key customers to ensure high-quality service;
• monitoring sales performance and providing detailed reports to management;
• organizing and conducting product training courses for dealers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in spare parts sales in the agricultural machinery, automotive, or related sectors;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Computer skills, including proficiency in the Office suite;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Strong interpersonal skills and results orientation.

The selection is aimed at hiring a Parts Area Manager, with a classification no lower than level B2 of the CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. An annual gross salary starting from €48,000.00 is foreseen, with the possibility of defining a higher economic package, depending on the experience gained, technical and transversal skills, the level of autonomy and responsibility required by the role, and further elements that will be explored during the selection process.
