About the role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to join a franchise dealership in their parts department. This role is critical to supporting the service, sales, and workshop teams which will involve providing exceptional customer service, identifying and meeting customers' needs, and ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional, courteous, and efficient. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to maintain accurate records and files. Key responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and services offered; Identify and meet customers' needs by actively listening, asking questions, and providing solutions; Maintain accurate records and files, including customer information, sales data, and inventory levels; Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives; Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
