We have a fantastic opportunity at Andrew Simms Botany for an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Advisor to join our successful Parts Department. If you have a background in dealership parts and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, this could be the role for you.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor who combines strong product knowledge with excellent customer service skills. In this role, you’ll be looking after retail customers, as well as a key support for our internal teams and workshop.

Your day to day will involve:

• Assisting retail customers with parts enquiries and sales, ensuring they receive the right advice and products
• Supporting technicians and the workshop team by sourcing and supplying parts efficiently to keep repair times on track
• Managing internal sales requests and building strong relationships across departments
• Maintaining accurate records, stock levels, and order processes to ensure smooth operations

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working with a wide range of automotive brands, modern systems, and a supportive team that values efficiency and collaboration

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• At least 2 years experience in a dealership parts role
• Solid knowledge of vehicle parts and manufacturer systems
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, professional approach with a focus on teamwork
• The ability to perform well under pressure and enjoy variety in your work
