About the role: We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners, identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The Partnerships Manager will report to the Director of Partnerships. What you'll do: * Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth. * Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities. * Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to execute partnership initiatives. * Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. What you'll bring: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role. * Proven ability to identify, develop, and manage successful partnerships. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets. * Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry is a plus. * Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
