About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our growing team. As a Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic partnerships to enhance TMGM's brand visibility, market presence, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with TMGM's business objectives and contribute to our growth in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities: Research and identify potential partners, including financial institutions, technology providers, media outlets, and other relevant entities. * Develop and implement partnership strategies: Create and execute partnership strategies that align with TMGM's business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and market expansion. * Negotiate and manage partnership agreements: Negotiate partnership terms and conditions, including contracts, timelines, and deliverables. * Build and maintain strong relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and mutual success. * Monitor and analyze partnership performance: Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. * Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure successful partnership implementation and integration. * Stay informed about industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and refine existing strategies. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry. * Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset. * Knowledge of the financial services industry, including Forex, CFDs, equities, and bonds. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluency in English (written and spoken).
