Partnership Manager (m/f/d) - Healthcare (Health Insurances)

7Mind is part of the 7NXT Health Group and one of the leading platforms for meditation, mindfulness, and prevention in the German-speaking region.

The position is based at 7Mind, but you will work with the entire portfolio of the 7NXT Health Group, including Gymondo. Your goal is to expand our healthcare business, win new partnerships, especially in the statutory and private health insurance sector, and sustainably develop existing partners.

In doing so, you will actively incorporate the perspective of our partners and developments in the healthcare market into the further development of our products and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New Partnerships: You identify business opportunities in the statutory and private health insurance market and develop long-term partnerships from them.
• Expand Network: You ideally bring a relevant healthcare network and specifically expand relationships with decision-makers and multipliers.
• Develop Partners: You strategically and operationally manage existing partners and continuously develop the collaboration.
• Utilize 7NXT Portfolio: You think across brands and develop suitable solutions from the portfolio of 7Mind, Gymondo, and the 7NXT Health Group.
• Leverage Market Opportunities: You observe trends and regulatory changes, identify new opportunities, and incorporate them into our business and product development.
• Further Develop Products: You translate partner needs and market requirements into concrete impulses for our products and work closely with product and marketing for this.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Key Account Management in the healthcare sector, ideally with a connection to statutory and/or private health insurance.
• Demonstrable experience in acquiring and developing strategic partnerships and building sustainable customer relationships.
• An existing network in the statutory/private health insurance sector is a strong plus; alternatively, you have experience in successfully building relevant networks.
• Sound knowledge of the regulatory frameworks, market mechanisms, and decision-making processes in the German healthcare system.
• Experience in recognizing market and customer needs and translating them into product and business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent German language skills are a prerequisite, as you will work closely with partners in the German healthcare system.
• Very good English language skills, as English is our internal communication and working language within the 7NXT Health Group.
