Partnership Manager - Factoring

Location : Milano (hybrid mode) The company Our client is an Italian fintech in strong growth, specialized in financing circulating capital through the valorization of commercial credits. The 2026 strategic plan is particularly ambitious: making the customer acquisition and activation process always more predictable and scalable, at the same time ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction for our clients. We are looking for a talented Partnership Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and implementing partnership strategies with key stakeholders in the factoring industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and business development, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement partnership strategies with key stakeholders in the factoring industry; • Identify and prioritize potential partners and opportunities for collaboration; • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new partners; • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of partnership strategies with business objectives; • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for partnerships; • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in partnership management or a related field; • Strong knowledge of the factoring industry and its trends; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
