We’re Hiring! – Partnership Based Lending (Product) Location: Bangalore Northern Arc Capital is looking for a product professional to support our Partnership-Based Lending (Education Loans) vertical. What you’ll do: Support product strategy and improve digital customer journeys Assist in managing partner relationships for education loan programs Help optimize processes, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance Work closely with business, technology, credit, and operations teams What you need: Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience working in the financial services industry or a related field Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent) What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment
