You have been budgeting yourself for years, are full of ideas, and want to develop an existing brand entrepreneurially? At BeginnerBudget, you can contribute your experience, become the face of the brand, and participate in the company.

We are looking for a person who will join us in the next phase of BeginnerBudget, taking operational responsibility for our brand presence. Company shareholding is an integral part of the intended collaboration. We will discuss how we structure your entry, the shareholding, and your remuneration in person.

About BeginnerBudget

At BeginnerBudget, everything revolves around budgeting and the right products for it. The brand is currently backed by a five-person team.

We, the founders, want to withdraw more from day-to-day operations and shape the next development step together with you. You will have the space to shape the brand with your own ideas and make decisions. We will support you in the background with our experience and in implementation.

Your Role

You will become the face of BeginnerBudget and take leadership of our external communication. Social media will be your most important area of responsibility:

• You will further develop our social media presence, plan content, and implement it yourself.

• You will be in front of the camera, making budgeting understandable, personal, and relatable to everyday life.

• You will interact with our community, listen, and incorporate their needs into the further development of the brand.

• You will develop your own ideas for products, content, and campaigns.

• You will shape the brand image and, with an entrepreneurial perspective, decide what drives BeginnerBudget forward.

You will receive extensive freedom of decision. If you wish to take on additional areas of the company over time, we will train you step by step.

What You Bring

• Personal Budgeting Experience: You have been dealing with it for several years and know the challenges from your daily life.

• Passion for Social Media: You can develop and implement content and feel comfortable in front of the camera.

• Entrepreneurial Drive: You want to take responsibility, make your own decisions, and build something long-term.

• Closeness to the Community: You can listen, explain clearly, and engage in conversations with people.

• Time and Commitment: You can contribute at least part-time and continuously advance BeginnerBudget.

What We Contribute

You will join BeginnerBudget as an established brand with a well-coordinated, five-person team. Our team will cover other operational areas: graphic design and creative implementation, management of our Shopify store, connected systems and marketplaces, and customer support. We also handle product development, procurement, collaboration with suppliers, advertising, and automation of internal processes.

We will further develop your ideas for new products together and take care of their implementation.

This way, you can focus on brand, content, and community during your onboarding, while also relying on the team's experience.

You will receive real scope for design, a company shareholding, and the opportunity to take on more responsibility in the long term. The collaboration is planned remotely on a self-employed basis.
