As a Full-Service Agency, we have specialized in Talent Management, Online Business Consulting, and Marketing Consulting, with a clear focus on Online-Coaching for Nutrition and Sports. Our goal? To accompany our coaches on their path to sustainable success and deliver tailored strategies that bring real results.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Partner Success Manager who will support our coaches and expand our network.

Tasks

• Gaining new Coaches: You recruit new online coaches from the fields of Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition for our agency and platform.
• Firm Point of Contact & Platform Support: You are the firm point of contact for our coaches and support them directly in the coaching platform.
• Social Media & Content Support: You support the coaches with Social Media, content ideas, and designs.
• Campaigns: You design marketing campaigns and develop alternative lead funnels

Qualification

• Sales Talent: You are a good salesperson and have drive to recruit new coaches independently.
• Experience in Digital Marketing: You know your way around Social Media and Lead-Funneling, and bring practical knowledge with you.
• Learning Readiness: You are willing to get familiar with the support of our platform and coaching system.
• Industry Affinity: You have a passion for Sports and Fitness.
• Language: You speak fluent German and English
