Partner / Senior Recruitment Consultant (Mining & Resources)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Partner / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clients in the mining, resources and energy sectors • Identify and engage with top talent through a range of channels, including social media, professional networks and targeted advertising • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions • Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and solutions • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to deliver exceptional results • Contribute to the growth and success of our firm through your expertise, skills and experience. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field • Proven track record of delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong understanding of the mining, resources and energy sectors, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and energy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
